New Church on the Horizon in the City of Buchanan

Monteserrado-Liberia

Recently, through the missionary outreach of Rocky Peak Church in Chatsworth, California, Pastor Brian Morehead introduced Peace Ministries to Rev. Jasper Williams, Lead Person of the Community Church Ministries, located in Monrovia, the capital of Liberia, West Africa. This ministry is engaged in helping local congregations and find funding for the construction of new churches in that country.

I’m happy to inform you that PMI has already reached an agreement with them to provide funding for our first project in Buchanan, the third largest city in Liberia due to start very shortly and the second in the village of Cinta. According to Rev. Jasper Williams, various places have been located where PMI can help in church construction. We can hardly wait to work in that embattled country where the population has been beleaguered by civil strife and  with the Ebola epidemic.
