Another PMI Project in East Africa
Pastor William Mwangi indicated a new opportunity, and we at PMI were able to travel to Lodwar, Kenya… approximately 700 kilometers toward South Sudan. There we met with faithful Christians who worship under the shady trees. We came to agreement with the Pastor and congregation that PMI would like to assist them in the construction of a new facility protected from the elements
Construction will commence at the end of November; we target completion before the end of the year… which will enable them to worship in their new church building during the Christmas celebrations. The local community is populated by the Turkana tribe who live very simply in individual huts made from reeds and branches.
Pastor Mwangi, PMI’s representative in Kenya and East Africa will again be in charge of the project overseeing its development.
